Progress on my Hungarian Lace Mat

I worked about 3 hours Monday and another hour on Tuesday. I made good progress, getting through pivots, sewings, false plaits and the tight point turn. I'm quite pleased that I remembered what I learned plus my notes were good enough to get me through when my memory failed me.
When I sit down this morning, I'll have another false plait, then a pivot point and the filling of plaits and picots in the center of the petal. I zipped through the easy part of the petal yesterday and made sure I stopped before things got tough. Hopefully I can tackle this while I'm fresh this morning.
It's too bad the weather is so crummy. We have gray skies and intermittant showers. No sunshine to help these tired eyes see the threads.
